The ALLIANCE Business Centers NETWORK
and WORLD-WIDE
Business Centres Network-Europe have signed a Cooperation
Agreement that will allow each organization to provide
enhanced marketing and support services to their Members.
ABCN currently has 145 North American locations and 46
European and Asian Preferred Member locations. WORLD-WIDE
currently has 125 locations in Europe. As a result of this
agreement, the consolidated membership of ALLIANCE/WORLD-WIDE
represents 315 locations globally.
"By unifying the marketing strength of our Members,
we create the critical mass that is necessary to serve our
combined client base more effectively. The outcome should
be increased sales activities at the individual Center
level," said Frank Cottle, Managing Director of ABCN.
"I anticipate that this agreement is the first step
in what promises to be an even closer relationship between
WORLD-WIDE Members
in Europe and ALLIANCE."
Monika Noser, Managing Director of WORLD-WIDE
agreed. "This cooperation agreement will allow us all
to extend our Member's services in a new and competitive
fashion. It's clearly a great fit for us all." Dr.
Urs Wunderlich, Chairman of WORLD-WIDE
Europe, indicated "each NETWORK
has complimentary Membership distribution that strengthens
the marketing ability of the other, and together we form a
new generation business solution for our clients
globally."
In addition to allowing each organization to represent to
prospects the reciprocal usage of their combined Member
locations, the working agreement also calls for knowledge
sharing including Membership participation in various
profit improvement programs and participation in each
organization's annual meetings.
"With the addition of two, new full-time staff
Members abroad - one based in London and one based in
India - we are now prepared to maximize the marketing
benefit that this partnership will provide for our
Members," said Richard Meyers, Executive Director, ALLIANCE.
Richard Nissen, ALLIANCE's Director,
Europe noted that the cooperation agreement will benefit
the entire industry. "I believe that a stronger NETWORK
group that allows independent business centers to compete
globally with Regus and HQ will raise the levels of
service and marketing for all of us. The agreement helps
to level the playing field for the competitive independent
operator."
